A small company presentation in honour of the first blog post. Ajutech Oy designs and manufactures Vipermetal branded screening buckets and crushing buckets. The company has been operating for more than 10 years. It has grown into a major international growth company from a small one-man company. The most important thing has been to find the right people to do the right things. A professional and functional team is the basis of all operations.
The founder of the company has early 20 years off experience in the industry. All product design and development is done by the company itself. Motivated has remained over the years and we still have a desire to make better screening and crushing buckets.
The company has moved from one premises to another several times because time and time again, the production facilities has proved too small. A year ago we finally found suitable production facilities over 3,000 square meters, which will allow for versatile expansion. It was easy to delimit the existing premises for welding shop, paint shop and assembly work. The company´s office space is also located in the same context.
Today, Vipermetal products have already been sold in more than 25 countries and the dealer network is rather comprehensive. Some of the dealers have been involved right from the very beginning of the company.

The bucket’s volume ultimately reached an impressive 7 m³, making it a unique tool. In this article, we will tell you a little more about the work related to the implementation of the bucket.
