Information about the fine screen grid
The Fine Screen Grid bucket is constructed with Vipermetal blade packs onto which this fine screening system can be installed. Essentially, with the same bucket, FOUR different particle size options are achieved.
1: Finest option: all fine screening rods are installed on top of the blade packs
2: Medium-coarse option: every other fine screening rod is installed
3: Normal screening: fine screening rods are removed, and the screening comb is installed in their place
4: Coarse screening: fine screening rods are removed, and the regular screening comb is taken out.
Switching between different particle sizes can be done in about fifteen minutes even in on-site working conditions. Standard blade packs such as regular screening blades, 2 SC, or 4 SC options can be used as the base.
